TruNature is Costco’s new Private Label brand name. Prostate Health Complex is their  softgel prostate supplement.

Prostate Health Complex contains saw palmetto extract and pumpkin seed oil as the main DHT-blockers. It does not have beta-sitosterol, quercetin, pygeum, or stinging nettles.

Prostate Health Complex Ingredients

Prostate Health Complex only had several of each type of ingredient.

It only has saw palmetto and pumpkin seed as its DHT blockers when beta-sitosterol is also very important. The extract of saw palmetto it has is of high quality though.

It only has 1 ingredient that acts as an anti-inflammatory, lycopene, which isn’t enough.

Zinc and selenium are important to the prostate but it also needs vitamins.

Prostate Health Complex has titanium dioxide which has been found to be potentially carcinogenic.

Does Prostate Health Complex Work?

Prostate Health Complex partially addresses DHT levels, inflammation, and essential prostate nutrients. There are better supplements on the market.

Is Prostate Health Complex Safe?

Prostate Health Complex uses ingredients that are natural and the dosages are reasonable. Unfortunately, it has titanium dioxide which has been found to cause cancer when inhaled by rats. Titanium nanoparticles have also been found to cause genetic damage in mice.
