Prostalex Plus was one of the more comprehensive supplements we examined. It contains all of the DHT-blocking ingredients we are looking for, several of the major anti-inflammatory ingredients, and higher than RDA dosages of prostate nutrients.

Prostalex Plus has all the key DHT-blocking ingredients. However, the percent standardization is missing from the supplement facts which makes it more difficult to gauge the quality of ingredients.

It has 3 of the main anti-inflammatory ingredients: green tea, lycopene, and stinging nettles which is more than many others.

Prostalex has dosages higher than the recommended daily allowance of prostate nutrients and it does not have any toxic colors or dyes.
