What is Peenuts?
Aside from being a funny name, Peenuts is an herbal prostate supplement.
ProstateHealthJournal.com’s Ingredient Analysis:
Peenuts Ingredients
Peenuts’s formulation was better than average but could use improvements in some areas.
Peenuts is missing a key DHT-blocking ingredient, beta-sitosterol. Saw palmetto is effective along with pumpkin seed, stinging nettles, and pygeum but they are a lot more effective when used with beta-sitosterol.
It only has two ingredients that address inflammation, stinging nettles and garlic. Garlic isn’t typically used as an anti-inflammatory since it’s used in cooking but it works.
Peenuts has zinc, selenium, vitamins, and many amino acids so its prostate nutrient package is pretty robust.
It also has no artificial dyes. All in all, Peenuts is an above average supplement.
Does Peenuts Work?
Peenuts focuses mostly on providing the prostate with required nutrients. It could be improved by addressing the root cause of inflammation, DHT, better by having beta-sitosterol. It could also have more anti-inflammatory ingredients.
Peenuts does provide many prostate nutrients but there are better, more comprehensive supplements on the market.
Is Peenuts Safe?
Peenuts uses ingredients that are natural and the dosages are reasonable. It has no harmful dyes or coloring.
